Rachel Hasan

Miriam and Moshe Yehya Hasan arrived from Yemen in 1949. The father’s third child (the mother’s second) was born in Israel in the Ein Shemer immigrant camp. After about three months she contracted a fever and they took her to the children’s home, there they were told that she is sick and they took her to the Rambam hospital in Haifa. After two days they were notified that she had died, without a body, without anything. As the years progressed the family received documents and papers; bills for the Israel Broadcasting Authority, a voter notice for the 15th Knesset, and social security bills from 2008. The child -- Rachel Hasan, born 1950. The family went to testify to the last committee in the nineties, and they received a certificate of death.

According to the Interior Ministry, it turns out she left the country in 1995.
