Nissim and Mazal Cohen

The testimony of the sister, Jacqueline Eizencott:

After my parents emigrated from Morocco they lived in Kiryat Malachi. On the 8/17/69 after 9 births, for the tenth birth mother had a caesarean section in Kaplan Hospital for some reason, we do not know why. When she gave birth she saw the baby, all the neighbours came and told her what a beautiful baby boy you have after five daughters. I then lived in Tiberias and three days later they called me and told me not to be happy because the baby died.

From what I understand at the time my mother was still fuzzy from anaesthesia, they had her sign something without her knowing what, and then asked her “how many children you have” he answered 9 and the said, “well the 10th has died”. And did not show a body and there was no funeral. My father, who was from the Cohen family demanded to know where his son is buried and each time was told something else, one time in Ness Ziona and the second somewhere else.

My mother before she died talked with my brother and told him that it is not possible the baby died. He was beautiful and too healthy. She said do not rest, find him, he was kidnapped.

My sister went to Kaplan to find out what happened to the archive and the officials transferred her from one to another. As she spoke with one of the nurses there was a nurse who became really frightened and fled the room. As she was leaving the room she told my sister he was kidnapped, he is alive and that we should take a lawyer.

My mother before she died talked with my brother and told him that it is not possible the baby died. He was beautiful and too healthy. She said do not rest, find him, he was kidnapped.
