A family who immigrated to Israel in 1933 with a six month old baby girl.
A few years later a second daughter was born in Israel, and two years they had a son. When he was about one year old the son had a cold and was hospitalized at Hadassah Hospital on Balfour Street in Tel Aviv, a walking distance from the family home.
Two days later the mother came to take the child from the hospital and the nurse told her "there is no child, the child died."
The mother went back home, wailing in pain. We have not seen or heard anything about the boy ever since.
