Mom and Dad emigrated from Algeria. In 1960 my older brother Aaron was born. After that, between the years 1962 and 1963 when we lived in Moshav Ben Zakai (near Yavneh), my sister was born and kidnapped at Kaplan Hospital in Rehovot. The girl was absolutely healthy, she spent a little time with my mother and mom breastfed her. Later the nurse took the girl back to the hospital nursery. A few hours later mom was told that the baby was dead and she was asked to sign some documents. Mom did not sign anything and kept saying "that’s not true, my daughter is alive and well, I want my daughter back", mom only speaks Arabic and French. My father arrived, also a young man, also a new immigrant. They took dad and told him, "the girl was unwell and she died, we buried her," and when he asked to see the baby girl’s grave, they did not let him, they just told him, "sign". Dad didn’t see the girl and he signed.

We don’t know what happened to my sister ever since. Unfortunately, my parents have died and so has my older brother. Until her last day and with her last breaths mom asked us to find her daughter, our sister. Please help us fulfill our mother’s will, God rest her soul.
