The parents emigrated from Lebanon in 1935. We are five children. Two sisters and another boy. Ya’akov and Eliyahu are twins born on November 12, 1943 in Hadassah Hospital in Haifa. In the beginning of 1944 Eliyahu was feeling ill, and my father took him to Dr. Faiser’s clinic. The doctor said to leave him for a day or two for observation and treatment. When my father returned they told him the child had passed away. There was no grave, no death certificate, and the burial company told us there is no such record.
